Sr. Manager- CRM
Education Background -MBA / PG preferred
Type of Industry Experience required-International Call Centres outbound process
No. of years of work experience required-8-10 years

Key Result Areas
Manage the daily running of the call centre, including effective resource planning, operation on weekends, holidays
Lead the call centre team, coach and motivate the staff
Meet daily, weekly, monthly performance targets for efficiency, quality and conversions
Monitor inbound, outbound calls & chats to improve quality, efficiency, conversions and minimize errors
Evaluate team performance for key metrics
Hire, train team members to provide high quality of output
Forecast and analyze data against budget figures on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis and prepare reports.

Key Competencies
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proven track record in managing call centre operations
- Excellent understanding of softwares like Salesforce, CTI, X-lite, P-Monitor, V-logger etc
- Proficient in MS Office

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
